If you like 2 or more displays, a bunch of external peripherals, drives, etc. Max displays and the number of peripherals and stuff is limited compared to the average PC. One thing I know to be aware of as well is that the connectivity and display support for the M1 is a bit limited. My first question for hal_incandenza is, "Why?"Ĭonsidering a move from one platform and OS environment and associated software to another usually would be driven by more than 'something to do'. It's just a question of whether the SSD in question is capable of handling those extra writes and reads without falling apart before a period that would be normally acceptable.
